Our Property provides historic house price data from the Land Registry and Registrars of Scotland going back as far as 1995. Over 16 million transactions are available to view on the site.


Apps submitted to data.gov.uk are currently approved for publication on the general level of their context and appropriateness.
Whilst we review these on a periodical basis, we do not own responsibility for the regular update and maintenance of these apps. Any queries about individual apps or tools published need to be directed to the originator.

Yes, please include Northern Ireland. I need to find some information for a tax return and open data should be available!

HM Land Registry does not

HM Land Registry does not cover Northern Ireland, this is the Northern Irish Land Registry.  Nations within the UK often have different agencies...last time I checked  ;o)

UK House prices??

Northern Ireland was still in the UK the last time I looked but is not available through this database.
