Abstract

A dataset of polygons with an attribute table that summariss the location and status of land recorded within the public register kept under the part IIA contaminated land provisions of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. The public registers content are proscribed in regulations but principally describe land where certain formal Part IIA actions have taken place OR where a statement regarding voluntary remediation has been filed. Special sites where regualtory enforcement has been transferred to the Environment Agency are indicated.
