Geophysical equipment types used included: Airgun/Sleeve Gun, Echo Sounder, Gravimeter, Magnetometer, Pinger, Sidescan Sonar and Sparker. The survey was undertaken by British Geological Survey. Navigation: Magnavox integrated satellite navigation/doppler sonar. Decca Main Chain. Equipment: Bolt Airgun Model 600B, with Geomechanique hydrophone system. Atlas Deso 10 Echo Sounder and associated Edig. LaCoste & Romberg S75 gravity meter. Barringer Magnetometer. Edo Western Pinger and 10kW booster.
