Sediment samples from IODP Site U1445A were washed over a 63 micron sieve. Specimens of (species specific) Uvigerina were picked out. Multiple Uvigerina per sample were analysed on a IRMS instrument at the NERC NIGL SI facility under the supervision of Prof. Mel Leng, to produce d13C and d18O (VPDB) data.
