MCC’s land and building asset data as held within the Council’s asset database (CPAD) and defined by the Code of Recommended Practice for Local Authorities Data Transparency 2014. NOTE: A full data set version including the GeoX, GeoY and UPRN derived from Ordnance Survey data can only be released for “using the data to respond to, or interact with the Licensor to deliver or support the delivery of the Licensor’s Core Business”. Data is taken from the Council’s Property Asset Delivery system (CPAD). This system is updated on a daily basis with both new data and current and historic data which is checked and uploaded from legacy systems. This data set is a sample of a much larger data set currently being updated and uploaded to CPAD.
