Abstract

This is a test for the SensorWeb Enablement technology, accessing public data via the Cefas Data Hub API. It uses SmartBuoy data and emulates the service provided by the current SmartBuoy website `https://www.cefas.co.uk/cefas-data-hub/smartbuoys/`_ . The Dowsing SmartBuoy is located at 53.5313 N, 1.0531 E.
