Dataset of ICES stock assessment SPiCT model outputs. SPiCT refers to 'Stochastic Production model in Continuous Time', the ICES model used to produce outputs from limited input data (where the stock's input data sampling frequency is too limited for the published general ICES stock assessment database). This data was not released by ICES, but instead was downloaded with the following query on ‘www.stockassessment.org': bbmsy <- get.par("logBBmsy",fit,exp=TRUE) ffmsy <- get.par("logFFmsy",fit,exp=TRUE) xtab(bbmsy,caption="B/B_msy",cornername="",file=paste(stamp,'_tab6.html',sep=''),dec=rep(4,ncol(bbmsy))) xtab(ffmsy,caption="F/F_msy",cornername="",file=paste(stamp,'_tab7.html',sep=''),dec=rep(4,ncol(ffmsy))) Some of these SPiCT stocks may now be included in the general ICES stock assessment database, which can be downloaded from http://standardgraphs.ices.dk/stockList.aspx however at the time of writing this (12/09/2017) revised estimates of roughly half of the results in this dataset are not published with the general ICES stock assessment database.
