The dataset was developed in the context of an ecosystem services pilot study with North Hull being the study area .
The first part of the dataset shows that during the severe 2007 floods some 2000 properties in the Northern and North Carr areas of Hull experienced flooding of which 885 were within Orchard Park and Greenwood Ward.
The second part shows that about 1,644 households in the North Hull study area are at flood risk from a 1 in 100 year event and that the estimated damage costs would exceed £44 m.
