Data collected a number of contractors including Oil Pollution Research Unit, Field Studies Council Research Centre, Cordah Ltd., BMT Cordah Ltd., and Aquatic Survey and Monitoring Ltd (see Appendix 2 on page 33 of the report ASML (2015) SOTEAG rocky shore monitoring programme annual report_final which can be found at http://www.soteag.org.uk/environmental-monitoring/monitoring-reports/. The dataset was QAd internally and sent for archive to the Data Archive for Marine Species and Habitats (DASSH). Methodology was a timed search, search times varied between surveys. Samples were analysed at Aquatic Survey and Monitoring Ltd. and Marine Scotland Science. All of SOTEAGâsnmental Advisory Group/Sullom Voe Association Ltd.â; 3. Depending up data is freely available for non-commercial use. All commercial requests for data will be charged accordingly. Should data be required for commercial use written permission to use the data either in the form of a letter or a contract should be sought. In either case, this will clearly state the conditions of use. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions will apply: 1. Use will be for a single purpose and the permission will not permit onward transmission of the data or transfer of the conditions of use to a third party; 2. All uses of data must be acknowledged by direct reference to the âShetland Oil Terminal Enviroon the purpose of the use of the data, SOTEAG may exercise the option to levy a charge for its service. SOTEAG will provide a rationale for the charges levied in each case; 4. A copy of the outputs (reports/publications) resulting from the use of data should be sent to SOTEAG irrespective of conditions of confidentiality of the reports. If any sensitive species or biotope records are present within this dataset, they will have been removed.
