Large dataset of trading estate runoff giving a general picture of trading estate runoff and additional insight into the risk it poses. Summary statistics were calculated for the runoff dataset giving typical and extreme concentrations of contaminants in trading estate runoff. Also includes probability data that an estate establishment will have a facility class present given no information about the business activity undertaken at that establishment and a summary of concentrations of substances in the estate runoff dataset and the number of samples and estates that comprises the presented dataset. 11 Monitoring data pre-2000 were discarded.
