Abstract

The St Paul’s Heights policy framework is set out in Local Plan Protected Views Policy CS13. Further guidance set out in the St Paul’s and Monument Views Supplementary Planning Guidance 2002. St Paul’s Heights Setback to be used with layers: • St Paul’s Policy • St Paul’s Heights Grid • St Paul’s Heights Points • St Paul’s Depths Certain local views of St Paul’s Cathedral along Fleet Street, Ludgate Hill, Watling Street and Cannon Street are protected by “setback” limitations applicable to certain building frontages. See the Protected Views SPD for further information or contact Monitoring & Information team for further details. • Elevation – The maximum permitted height along the frontage. This is a fixed dataset.
