Building - Purpose built and installed FC asset, which has management activity and investment. Visitor centre, toilet, cycle hire, catering, shelter, retail outlet. Play - FC area designated for play activities, which has management activity and investment (Deb building, play area, paddling). Accommodation - Purpose built and installed FC asset, which has management activity and investment (e.g. Camp site, cabin site, caravan site, wild camp area). Ponds/Lakes - Natural or man-made feature, which has management activity and investment (Natural, fishing, model boats, duck flighting).
