All these records are related to "Jensen, Collins, Mallinson, Sheader, Ovenden (1990) - Studland Bay Baseline Survey 1990" A copy of the report is held at Dorset Environmental Records Centre.
This study is a continuation of the environmental monitoring undertaken for BP by Southampton University. 14 dive sites recorded epifauna and seabed type. Six sites were chosen to be representative of sediment types in Studland Bay. Eight cores were taken at each of these sites, seven for infaunal analysis and one for granulometric analysis. Photographs of the seabed were taken. Appendix 9 lists slides taken.
