Fisheries data collected on the survey of egg production in fish from the Irish Sea (ISEGGPRO)

Abstract

Some fishing tows were carried out on each of these plankton surveys in the Irish Sea. Station, Catch, length and biological data for each of the tows undertaken in 1995 and 2000 is held in the FSS database.

Irish Sea egg production surveys (ISEGGPRO). Cefas cruises CEND 3/00, CIRO 4B/95, CORY 1/00, CORY 2/95. These cruises were primarily icthyoplankon surveys during which some fishing tows were carried out. Plankton metadata has been published under these cruise names. Species and Gear codelists are available via the additional information source field.
