ENPA Article 4 Directions
ENPA_Article4
Removal of the permitted development rights in relation to certain types of development on a site. Certain types of property, or types of applicant, can benefit from permitted development rights to undertake work without the need to apply to the Planning Authority for planning permission. The Planning Portal explains more of the background on permitted development rights . These rights are regularly updated and changed and we are happy to advise in relation to each individual property.
