2016 - 2017 Centre for Environment, Fisheries & Aquaculture Science (Cefas) Glaven and Stiffkey Estuarine and Coastal Investigation - Microbiological analysis
As part of contract C7260, 55 samples of freshwater and seawater were collected at sites in the Stiffkey and Glaven catchments and in Blakeney Harbour in the winter of 2016/2017. Each sample was tested for concentrations of the bacterium E. coli using membrane filtration techniques. The data were reported by the laboratory as colony forming units/100ml and the results recorded in the form of Excel spreadsheets.
