Development Plans are created by DOE Planning to create a roadmap for future town and country planning. The plan is split into a number of feature types. Areas of Constraint on Mineral Development indicate a constraint on planning where mineral extraction would not be permitted. They might coincide with other designations such as ASSI's from NIEA.
