Monthly highlight reports for major City of York Council projects.
Highlight reports are produced throughout the project lifecycle, they provide the board (and other stakeholders) with a high-level summary of key information on the projects. The reports are short and focused, they communicate progress made since the last report, any actual or potential issues arising, upcoming milestones and any key decisions required.
