This is done using a No Compromise philosophy which targets investment at those most likely to deliver medals at Olympic and Paralympic level. In order to help sports maximise their medal potential, UK Sport has implemented Mission 2012, which provides a regular detailed analysis of each sports World Class Performance Programme.
