|The complainant was dissatisfied with the noise level in the Quiet Area of the Research and Enquiries Room, as a group of students were working there
|There is an area set aside for quiet study in the Research and Enquiries Reading Room
|We met with the complainant to discuss their concerns and discussed the usage of the area with colleagues that were leading the party. A solution has been agreed to address this specific issue.
|The complainant was dissatisfied with the legibility of a PROB 11 will ordered from our Digital Downloads Department
|Offsite users can search our Digital Downloads Service to locate and download digital copies of our records on payment of fee
|We apologised for any inconvenience caused and the document was rescanned and a copy sent to the complainant.
