Registration staff were unhelpful and refused to accept my official hand written documents Your views 3.8.13 3412 Comp ref: 349 Users register for a readers ticket to access original records Complainant left no contact information so we were unable to apologise for the poor customer service. The documents presented fell outside of the accepted identification.
Complainant upset by attitude of staff and users towards visiting children and the lack of advice offered by staff Email 6.8.13 3440 Comp ref: 350 Children of all ages are welcome to visit the archives. There are restrictions on entry to the reading rooms depending on age Staff were reminded where to find the events information. We apologised for problems experiences during the visit and lack of advice from staff.
Not able to replace damaged valid readers ticket without showing Identification Your views 13.8.13 3465 Comp ref: 351 Users register for a readers ticket to access original records We apologised for the mix up and the card was issued the next day.
