The complainant was concerned that some solider records are missing from Find my Past content relating to WO 97 and other records Your Views 2.10.14 6208 The National Archives uses commercial partners to digitise our records and increase access We contacted the complainant to get the details of the missing records and consulted with Find my Past to investigate the concerns
The complainant ordered a copy of a map and was expecting reported document damage to be repaired prior to copying Email 9.10.14 7184 Users can order copies of our records from our Document Services Department We explained that the document was copied as promised and that the work to repair the damage would be completed once the copy had been produced. The record has been sent for repair.
