The Local Plan 2002 sets out the planning policies that we use to encourage and guide development in the Borough We adopted this document in 2002. Over time, the policies of the Local Plan will be replaced by those in the new Local Plan (formally known as the Local Development Framework (LDF)). This datasets represents these policies in the form of polygons (areas) and lines.
