UK house prices
Search the UK house price index (HPI) to find house price trends in the UK and create your own bespoke reports. The HPI uses house sales data from HM Land Registry, Registers of Scotland and Land and Property Services Northern Ireland, and is calculated by the Office for National Statistics (ONS). The index is published monthly, with Northern Ireland figures updated quarterly.
From the separate downloads page, you can download the full dataset as a CSV file or download individual CSV files for specific attributes such as average price, first-time buyer and new build.
