• Queries - Misc letters from customers, missing information, proofs/photos, etc
• Tasks - Online blue badge application received on National System.
• In-Box - Emails received.
• Refusals - Bus pass application refused.
• TU - Tell is once information from registrars to cancel blue badge
• Roo - referral from the IMA assessment team to issue a blue badge
