Planning applications in York for the last 12 months. This dataset has been created under the guidance of the Local Open Data Incentive Scheme. The Local Open Data Incentive Scheme provides monetary incentives for councils to publish data on specific themes in standard tabular formats using the ArcGIS Open Data portal.
To comply with current OS licensing regulations, data derived from Mastermap polygon features have been converted into point features. Planning applications are covered under the OS OpenData licence - ‘Generic’ streamlined derived data exemption.
This dataset contains a snapshot of the planning applications as at the date reflected in the "EXTRACTDATE" field. The updating frequency for this dataset is annual. For searching all planning applications please visit City of York Council's website - Planning Applications.
*Please note that the data published within this dataset is a live API link to CYC's GIS server. Any changes made to the master copy of the data will be immediately reflected in the resources of this dataset.The date shown in the "Last Updated" field of each GIS resource reflects when the data was first published.
