Summary

This is a test for the SensorWeb Enablement technology, accessing public data via the Cefas Data Hub API. It uses SmartBuoy data and emulates the service provided by the current SmartBuoy website https://www.cefas.co.uk/cefas-data-hub/smartbuoys/_ .

The Dowsing SmartBuoy is located at 53.5313 N, 1.0531 E. It started logging in November 2000 and is still operational.
