PDR Completion (%) - CYC - (Snapshot).
City of York Council employees are given a Personal Development Review (PDR) each year in May. This measure shows what percentage of employees eligible have had their annual PDR. It gives an understanding of how the organisation is making sure that the strategic aims, goals and values are being passed to all employees.
Data is collated and reported monthly throughout the year, leading to annual indicator. PDR information is stored in the electronic employment record within the HR system iTrent.
*Please note that an informal PDR process has taken place in 2020/2021 due to the focus on responding to COVID-19 in May when formal reviews usually take place. There is therefore no data to report for this year.
