Summary

The Local Development Orders are linked to the Enterprise Zones and were created in April/May 2012 to encourage offshore energy, port and logistics activity in both the South Denes (Great Yarmouth) and Beacon Park (Gorleston) commercial areas of the borough. They simplify the planning process in the designated areas.
