The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 require any person who has control of premises where a device covered by those regulations is situated to notify the local authority of the type and site of the equipment, the person responsible for it and of any subsequent changes to the details given.
The list shows the location of equipment currently operating and the original date of notification. The list is updated when a new installation is notified or when an existing one is removed.
