Central Index of Dose Information holds the following information; Approximately 283,032 individual records (as of 22/08/2013), which include personal details and annual summaries of ionising radiation dose records for classified radiation workers from 1986 to present. Fewer than 30,000 of the records relate to employees who are currently designated as classified radiation workers. These records include: Full name of each classified worker, National Insurance number, Gender, Full date of birth, Date of commencement as a classified worker in each employment, Date of termination as a classified worker in each employmen,t Occupational category (e.g. Medical Radiographer, Nuclear power worker etc.) Name of employer, Address of employer, Approved radiation dosimetry service holding the original dose records for the employer, Lifetime radiation dose, Annual radiation dose summaries for whole body and each significantly exposed extremity or organ.The dataset therefore includes personal information of employees and address details of employers. In some cases the dose and employee data (relating workers employed on MoD, Nuclear and other sites would be considered restricted). The information in the data set covers Great Britain.
