The Council is promoting a number of sites for development for a range of uses including housing and employment.
The Council is working towards securing a sustainable long term economic future for the Borough and attracting inward investment and is committed to developing sustainably to meet the long term needs, expectations and aspirations of its communities.
Securing high quality housing is a key priority in support of Barrow Borough Council’s growing economic development and diversification ambitions, as such the Council will be preparing Development Briefs to support particulars for the sale of housing sites and these can be found below.
