Local Authorities are required to publish details of all value of social housing that is held in their Housing Revenue Account by the 2014 Transparency Act.
The data is published in accordance with legislation and guidance to illustrate the value of Housing Revenue Account dwellings by post code and valuation bandings.
The data has been collated in accordance with guidance to prevent individual address being identified.
Publication of this information is not intended to suggest that tenancies should end to realise the market value of properties.
