Facility time is paid time off during working hours for trade union representatives to carry out trade union duties. This dataset shows the number of staff who are trade union representatives, of these how many devote at least 50% of their time to union duties. The dataset also contains names of unions and a basic estimated spend as a percentage of the total pay bill.
