Summary

New Deal for Lone Parents is aimed at all lone parents on Income Support, but is open to all lone parents (aged 16 plus and with a child under 16) not in work or working less than 16 hours per week. Taking part is on a voluntary basis. The tabulation tool provides enables users to develop bespoke tabulations providing breakdowns by age, gender, ethnicity, disability, type of claim, starts to New Deal, participants, leavers etc. Tabulation Tool was decommissioned in 2017 and replaced by Stat-Xplore. New Deal data was not migrated.
