This is the Building Control Register which contains details about building control applications and decision notices (for full plans only). It is updated on a monthly basis. In accordance with our records management policy, we do not hold case files for any applications which have been closed for 15 years or more.
Please note that there are a number of application status codes used. These are as follows:
- ACC – Accepted
- APP – Approved
- BCO – Work completed
- BST – Work started
- CON – Conditionally Approved
- INV – Invalid application
- PCO – Pending consideration by case officer
- REC – Application received
- REJ – Rejected
- S32 – Work not commenced and application lapsed
- WDN – Withdrawn
