Licensing of caravan and park home sites The Council's Housing Regulatory Services Team is responsible for the licensing of caravan and park home sites and for ensuring the conditions of the site licence are adhered to. We have a duty to issue licences to all caravan sites within the district, providing the applicant has valid planning permission.
