Summary

Industrial Injuries Disablement Benefit Database containing details of customers who are ill or disabled as a result of an accident or disease caused through work. The amount payable is subject to individual circumstances. This includes the Pneumoconiosis, Byssinosis and Miscellaneous Diseases Benefit Scheme which is a compensation scheme to pay an allowance to people who contracted one of the diseases covered by the scheme in prescribed employment before 5 July 1948. It also includes details of Mesothelioma compensation payments made to customers following the 1997 and 2008 Acts, and the outcome of claims made and amounts paid under the workmens compensation scheme. The data is produced on a quarterly basis and includes individual level data, as well as geographical and financial information. The information includes Name, National Insurance Number, Address, and awards details.
