City of York Council conducted a survey so we could hear from people who use sensory support services, and those who might need to in the future (and their families and carers). We hoped this would give us a better understanding of what sensory support people need and what needs to improve.
The survey was open for 10 weeks from 1 November 2023 to 8 January 2024. The report summarises the outcome of the survey. The feedback will help us shape the future of the sensory service(s) we commission.
