Dataset containing historical Seabed drifters data. A dataset for all
deployments and returns has been created. It contains the following
information. Drifter Releases (By year/Drop). Drifter Releases AND Returns (By
year/Drop). Each file contains information on: Lat/Long /Date of release,
Lat/Long /Date of return, Days out. The Dataset contains 11704 entries for
Seabed drifters (1969-1990), with a 41 percent Return’s rate.
