Summary

Marine Planning Zones are defined in the Town and Country Planning (Marine Fish Farming) (Scotland) Order 2007. The Zones designate marine areas for which planning authorities discharge their functions with regard to fish farming developments. PLEASE NOTE - Marine Planning Zones have been amended by The Town and Country Planning (Marine Fish Farming) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2025. Links below are to the original 2007 version.
