This is a list of offences which will never be filtered from AccessNI Standard or Enhanced Criminal Record Certificates
Please note the following will also never be filtered:
Any offence of attempting or conspiring to commit any offence specified,
Any offence of inciting, or aiding, abetting, counselling or procuring the commission of any offence specified,
Any offence under the law of England, Scotland or Wales or any territory outside the United Kingdom which corresponds to an offence specified under the law of Northern Ireland.
