Rushmoor’s brownfield land register identifies previously developed sites within the Borough which are considered available, achievable and suitable for residential development, as defined by the Town and Country Planning (Brownfield Land Register) Regulations 2017.
The register will be reviewed and updated at least once a year and comprises a standard set of information, as prescribed by the Government.
If a site is included in our brownfield land register, it does not guarantee that we will grant it planning permission.
