This data set shows the % of the MSOA population who have an Electronic Frailty Index score that is either mild, moderate or severe. Data excludes any patients with a Healthy frailty class, or without a frailty rating. EFI scores can be several years old but the patients most recent score is what is used to create this table. Data taken Jan 2022. This data set is a one off, published for the Hack For Good September 2022
