The register includes brownfield sites that are considered suitable for residential development. The register will be updated at least once a year. The register is in two parts: Part 1 - includes sites that have been assessed and are considered suitable for residential development, e.g. sites with planning permission or allocations in local plans Part 2 - will include sites that are in in Part 1 which are considered as suitable for the granting of planning permission in principle for residential development Please note that currently the register only contains sites in Part 1
