is a high level summary of the 2021 Rural Urban Classification methodology,
including a visual representation of the method, high level summary statistics
and a brief explanation of the changes from the 2011 RUC. This is intended as a
short introduction to the 2021 RUC, but for more detailed information users
should consult the 2021 Rural Urban Classification of Statistical Geographies, England and Wales: Methodology document.
