Small annual grant scheme of £2,000 for each Ward Councillor to initiate new projects or to provide additional funding to match already committed resources. The budgets can be used for projects within a councillor's ward or for projects outside of the ward where people from within a councillor's ward can participate.
There is also the option for a number of councillors to pool their individual allocation, up to a maximum of £12,000 to deliver larger scale projects.
