The ‘Flood risk: Postcode search tool data’ is primarily intended for use by an interactive tool (the ‘Flood risk: Postcode search tool’), but it is also published as open data.
The tool is designed to be embedded in third party online media such as news websites, within relevant contexts (relating to flooding and climate change for example).
The tool shows information about the flood risk within a postcode and invites users to find out more by clicking on a link which will take them to the GOV.UK service ‘Check your long-term flood risk’: https://www.gov.uk/check-long-term-flood-risk.
