This dataset depicts those orders restricting Permitted Development rights made under article 4(1) and article 4(2) of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order (1971, 1977, 1988 and 1996) located within Cheshire West and Chester. This dataset is updated by the Cheshire Archaeology Planning Advisory Service as soon as possible after the notification is received.
