Marine aquaculture sites licensed by The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development under the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 and or authorised under The Aquatic Animal Health Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 enacting COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2006/88/EC on animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products thereof, and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals.
